With the wave soldering system PowerWave, SEHO consequently realized a machine concept which offers a remarkable performance at simultaneously low investment costs. Performance reserves for the user have been created with the high performance pre-heating. SEHO PowerWave is available with either 1200 mm preheat length or 1800 mm. LPKF ProtoMat S62
The LPKF ProtoMat S62 introduces a new era of state-of-the-art circuit board plotters for in-house rapid PCB prototyping. This compact high-speed system provides superior performance for quickly and easily manufacturing circuit board prototypes in a single day. It is an advanced and very affordable PCB plotter that includes features usually found only on much more expensive systems.
The LPKF ProtoMat S62 delivers unmatched precision with system resolution as fine as 0.25 µm (0.01 mils). As a result, the plotter can mill and drill PCBs with extremely fine traces, including RF and microwave boards. Its milling head travel speed of 150 mm (6”) per second and high-performance 62,000 RPM spindle motor makes it a premiere high-speed performer for producing quality PCBs in-house. Its motorized Z-axis drive also makes it an ideal tool for machining instrument front panels and housings, and for reworking and depanelizing bare and populated boards.

The processing plant is able to produce soluble ( powder ) and instant ( agglomerated ) coffee starting from green coffee beans. The line includes equipments for raw coffee cleaning, roasting, grinding, liquor extraction, aroma recovery, concentration, spray-drying and agglomeration. The processing plant produces Instant Milk powder starting from raw milk. Process monitoring is essential when it comes to achieving consistent, uniform quality and products with a long shelf life. Production on our fully automated minced meat production lines is managed by a central recipe management system which ensures full traceability throughout the process, superior quality and uniformity of finished products.
Integrated online fat analysis measures the fat content of the meat as it leaves the grinder at capacities of up to 20 tonnes/hour. Fat analysis is an essential factor in the optimisation of each individual batch and the method saves time in that it renders tradition laboratory testing superfluous.
The fat analysis system is based on contact-free technology, thus contributing to improved bacteriology and optimum production hygiene. In addition to this, hygienic construction is one of the overall important criteria in Carnitech's manufacture of minced meat production lines which ensure that our customers get the best possible conditions with regard to producing safe foods.

The core of the Carnitech line is the fat analysis unit, which constantly monitors every single type of meat being mixed in a given batch. The high capacity fat analyser continuously monitors meat between -18° and +7°C, after which the fat level is adjusted to achieve the precise fat percentage required for each batch and each individual sausage.
The ability to co-ordinate operation of the system from the grinder, past the fat analyser to the feeding bin provide undreamed of scope in terms of recipe and product composition and with it tremendous production flexibility when it comes to changing products.

The pre-curl station prepares the cap for curling. The pre-curl geometry takes into account nosing and curl radius.

The curling station prepares the cap for the lugging station. The curl geometry is determined by the lugging station.
The lugging station determines the appearance of the cap. The function and appearance of the lug have been developed with optimum geometry in mind.
