A&N gas line and pump line heaters are designed to prevent condensable gases from clogging your vacuum system process piping. These products are commonly used in semiconductor (IC chip) manufacturing applications. However, our heater products are ideal for any application that requires uniform and controllable process pipe temperatures.
|
|
These appliances are used to heat circulating fluids such as water, fuel oil, as well as air or gases in general at up to 15 bar max.
They are fitted with screw plug immersion heater, flange immersion heater or high flux rods.
Temperature sensors and controlers can control the temperarure of the flow and safety devices protect against over temperature.
Fluid circulation heaters can be connected hydraulically in series, which allows a very large heating power to be achieved.

Heating sleeves to heat segments of 200 litre barrels per DIN. both the inner and the outer sheath of the barrel heating sleeve are made of aluminium sheet, which ensures maximum protection of the electrical components against mechanical damage. A hinge with campling closure that divides the heating surface into two semi shells permits convenient assembly, without the heating element needing to be bent. The barrel can be heated complete by using 3 sleeves.

The THERMOSAFE Induction Drum Heater has been proven world wide over more than 20 years as the fastest, most reliable and safest method of melting solids from steel drums, and for the speedy heating of viscous liquids.
It is certified to the ATEX and IECEx standards for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, and is IP66 rated, so can be used in wet areas (even hosed down whilst operational!) and other harsh environments.
The external surfaces are high grade glass reinforced resins able to resist chemicals and acids, so the heater can withstand accidental splashes of hot liquids. There are no moving parts and it is completely maintenance free, so its lifetime operating costs are incredibly low.
No contact with the steel drum is required, as heat is generated by the drum wall itself, so it is exceptionally energy efficient, saving over 50% compared to conventional radiant heaters, and even more compared to steam ovens.
These units can be used individually, for example in research labs or small batch blending plants, or in groups at point of use, as highly cost effective replacements for large drum ovens.

Insulated Flexible Heating jackets for containers and drums from 20 litres up to 1200 litres in size.
High grade insulation combined with a range of custom coated fabrics allow us to offer a performance specification from "winter warming" anti-freeze applications through to melting of solids from 200 litre drums.
Power ratings are suitable for both plastic and steel containers.
The jackets are easily fitted and removed using click-in buckles and straps, and can be handled safely even after use due to the outer insulation layers.
Standard adjustable dial thermostat ranges are upto 40 degrees C or upto 90 degrees C, with options upto 160 C and digital display of temperature.
Custom sizes can also be manufactured upon request.
Standard designs available for IBC's (Intermediate Bulk Containers) from most major manufacturers.

DRUM HEATERS - for 200 litre barrels.
Drum Heaters facilitate the handling of solidified or viscous materials like adhesives, waxes, tar, chemicals, oils etc. They eliminate cumbersome methods and high investments, associated with steam and oil or fire wood heating.
Construction
Drum Heaters consist of a cylindrical metal cover carrying the flexible heating elements. A 2" thick thermal lagging of glass wool provides insulation and the metal casing makes for a rugged unit that can be wrapped snugly around the drum. The Drum Heater is hinged, and is mounted on castors for convenience. A base heater, also encapsulated in metal provides bottom heating. Control Panel incorporating thermostatic control is provided with the heaters.

The Hauck LHO Oil Line Heater is designed to supply the heat necessary to lower the viscosity of heavy fuel oils to that required at the burner for proper atomization. This typically requires lowering the pumping viscosity (nominal 2000 SSU maximum) to the atomizing viscosity (80 - 90 SSU). Auxiliary components can also be supplied to control fuel oil temperature and prevent overpressurization of the oil line heater. Hauck’s LHO’s are available in a wide range of sizes to meet specific application requirements.

HB Series band heaters are used to heat the barrels and nozzles of plastic injection molders and extruders. They are also used on autoclaves and for heat treating large diameter piping. Heater elements are high temperature, tight fitting, and provide uniform heat distribution. These elements are made from a pair of formed OMEGALUX® PT series 240V mineral insulated strip heaters with chrome steel sheath. Complete firm coverage at all times is assured by slip proof, stainless steel clamping bands equipped with heavy threaded socket bolt; this allows the pair of elements to be drawn tight to heated surface. The hotter it gets the tighter it fits. Because clamps cannot loosen or slip off heater, heat transfer is continuously efficient, adding to heater life. Adjacent HB Series heaters of equal wattage may be wired in series on 480V or connected in multiples of three of 240 or 480V, 3 phase.

Heatflon® Serie PH 1 - 9
Heatflon® heaters of the PH series consist of a stainless steel tubular radiator sheated in PFA. The head of the heater is made of PTFE and the connecting cable of PFA. Heating zone, head and connecting cable are welded together watertightly as a result a complete immersion in aggresive media is possible.
All devices of the PH series are earthed and approved by association of German engieers (VDE).
As an optional extra, all heaters can also be pre-equipped for a thermal monitoring. Users who purchase a special controller are then able to monitor the internal temperature between the stainless steel heater and the PFA tube, thereby reducing substantially the risk of fire. Heatflon® tubular radiators of the PH series are available for various surface loads, eg:
2,2 W/cm² - 1,5 W/cm² - 1,0 W/cm², applicable dependent on the specific media.
