The structure of this threephase version is the same as the CFM 3156 model but it is larger in size and higher powered (2.2 kW or 3 HP) in order to offer increased performances with a greater filter area.

ECO-OIL series by Nilfisk-CFM is composed by two models: EC-Oil 13 (1,3 kW) and Eco-Oil 22 (2,2 kW). How do OIL models operate?
Oil, liquids and swarf collection is achieved using an oil
resistant rubber hose. The liquid part is seperated from
the swarf - which is trapped in the swarf container - and
sucked into the tank; inside the tank there is an automatic
level control which cuts off the power when the tank is full.
At this point the liquid can be pumped back into the machine
tool through a pump, while the swarf container can be
emptied manually. |

This threephase vacuum can be connected to the centralized general cleaning or pneumatic conveying systems used in various sectors such as the agricultural-food production or metal-working industries. Many optionals facilitate work where the vacuumed materials are particularly heavy or in large quantities. The electric filter shaker is standard supply.

A group of electrically operated machines ranging from 2,2 to 19 KW, certified according to ATEX explosion proof norm, and suitable for service into areas classified as subject to risk of explosion (ATEX 94/9 norm), due to the presence of explosive gas (zone 1 and 2 ) or explosive dust (zone 21 and 22).
