FP 1402
FOODPACK 1402, a fully automatic high production tray sealer, available in both versions for sealing and MAP packaging.
The machine is primarily constructed in stainless steel and has IP 65 class protection making the 1402 the ideal machine to work in aggressive environments.
Complete access to the machine is easily gained through the front and back doors of the machine, that can be easily lifted by a vertical moving. Cleaning and maintenance operations become very easy and quick.
The changeover system is both efficient and quick, thanks to a simple mechanical system.
The new film unwind system allows for precise placement when working with printed foil.
The PLC can store up to 30 working programs that are easily uploaded onto the display screen.
The machine can be customized with several options such as printed top web, snap on lids, coding stations, de-nesting and filling systems.

The T 500 and T 550 are fully automatic, multi-track traysealers for high capacity
requirements. These machines are ideal for packaging food items, technical products, consumer goods and sterile medical products.
Equipped with a gripper chain which guides the upper web in the sealing area, the T 550 is especially well suited for use with thin and shrink films.

The T 200 is a compact, fully-equipped traysealer with a stainless steel structure. During development, priority was given to output, performance, hygienic design and the simplest possible operation. The semi-automatic machine is designed for everyday production.
However, it is just as suitable for small businesses or laboratories.
The packaging operation is started automatically by pushing the tray drawer in manually. Depending on the packaging program, the trays are sealed in atmosphere or following evacuation and gas flushing (option). The excess lidding film is cut around the perimeter of the tray by a cutting unit.

SMART 300
Semiautomatic traysealing machines for all kind of preformed trays. Can make modified atmosphere (MAP) and vacuum packing. Manual tray transport system with basic performance level.
A machine for heat sealing various food products in modified atmosphere (MAP). The model SMART 400 or 500 is capable of sealing a wide range of trays and film, to conform to the requirements of the product.
The process starts by placing trays with the product in them into the cavities of the machine.
The cycle is completely automatic and is carried out by activating the 2 start buttons simultaneously which will cause the following sequence of operations:
- Insertion and closure of the tray cavities.
- Vacuum if required (optional).
- Gas flush if required (optional).
- Sealing of the film to the tray.
- Form cutting of the film.
- Trays return to starting position.
- Film advances for next cycle.
During the return of the cavities to the starting position the trays are lifted to facilitate the removal and reloading of the cavities.
