The SGC 66 Percussion is a new generator which can weld is in
contact mode is in percussion mode.
It is the most compact generator and lightest in its category.
Managed by Microprocessor, it is equipped with a meter
of recording (counting of the number of weldings and time counting).
It is the ideal tool for all the weldings on stainless steel,
aluminum, brass, coppered mild steel, in the diameters m2 in M8, and
it finds its place in very many applications:

The Filter-Master is a mobile mechanical filter designed and ideally suited for use at various welding workplaces and conditions. Built of rigid sheet metal construction and incorporating anti corrosive powder coating; the Filter-Master is designed for every day use. Four heavy duty rubber castors allow ease of movement within the factory and the 3.0 m extraction arm into any desired position. The Filter-Master is the ideal solution to a wide range of extraction problems.
The mechanical filter unit is equipped with a filter insert (filter efficiency > 99.9 %), filter monitor, motor protection with switch and starter, 5.0 m mains cable with plug and complete exhaust arm with hood.

Health protection during welding processes
Welding fumes are classified as potential hazardous substance. The welding dusts and fumes are respriable. Cadmium and nickel are known to cause cancer. Therefore welding fumes have to be captured completely at the source and disposed riskless.
The extraction and filtration units of ULT AG as well as the range of accessories and extraction arms capture the hazardous substances at source and guarantee a high-efficient filtration. |

Mobile cartridge filter with fully-automatic, dust-related deduster via the POWER SPRAY SYSTEM. Comes equipped with a separator and two durable large-surface filter cartridges.
