Protimeter HygroTrac
The Protimeter HygroTrac is a simple and cost-effective system for remote environmental monitoring in buildings. Data can be viewed live over the internet showing parameters such as moisture content relative humidity and temperature.
Set threshold alarms
Receive alarm warning via email and text message
Comprehensive site reports
Reduce costly site visits
Wireless Sensors
Transmit data at user-selected intervals to data acquisition gateway.
%RH
Temperature
Moisture content in materials
Data Acquisition Gateway
Data collection point receives and stores data from all wireless measurement sensors. Information is then sent to a secure web server. Data can also be stored directly on the gateway if an internet connection is not available.
Applications:
Permanent installation into a wide range of building environments where moisture and subsequent mold growth is a concern.
Monitor storage facilities where moisture sensitive products are held such as paper and timbe

The WTMC is a radio receiver that can acquire data from the TempStick Radio, the wireless transmitter with temperature sensor. The received data are sent via Ethernet to the PC where the management software (like the FridgeLog) is installed per storing. The WTMC has a memory too where it can save some data, in case the Ethernet connection is down for a while. Each WTMC can receive up to 32 sensor-transmitter: to each one of them an IP adress is assigned and many WTMCs can communicate on the same network, according to your needs. The WTMC is provided with its power supply. The WTMC is configured through the Ethernet connection with the WTLS2FL software, provided with the FridgeLog.
Applications:
- stock houses and warehouses monitoring;
- fridges and fridge cells monitoring;
- environment monitoring;
- computer rooms control;
- laboratories monitoring;
- HACCP compliance temperature monitoring;
- ISO compliance temperature monitoring.

RF-series
The RF-series handheld terminals are used in hundreds of applications around the globe. The RF601 system consists of radio handhelds that communicate in real time with the host system via base stations. The application software is running on the host system, which eliminates the need to program the handheld units. It also makes software development and updating extremely easy.
System operation
Nordic ID RF601 handhelds are part of a unique wireless data collection system. The system consists of radio handsets, which are used to communicate with the host system via a base station using a very efficient communications protocol. The host system can be just a PC or a more complex computer system. The base station (or several base stations) can be connected to the host system using an RS232 serial interface or with a LAN using the Ethernet-Serial converter.
Nordic ID RF651 hand terminals function otherwise almost similar to RF601 handhelds but as a radio communication they use the globally accepted Bluetooth radio network, either via a Bluetooth base station or via a Bluetooth dongle.
The application software runs by the host system, the handheld appears to it like a wireless keyboard/display/scanner. This eliminates the need for programming the handheld units, thus making software development and updating extremely easy and allowing software to be flexible in application. And more, the communication is rapid because it is real time.
System
The Nordic ID RF601/Nordic ID RF651 Wireless Data Collection System consists of three principal components
- Hand Terminal(s)
- Base Station(s)
- The application software which runs on the Host Computer
