This machine comes with :
- a double motorized conveyor with an orientation system to lead the containers towards the 2 labelling stations - this conveyor is built on a stainless steel frame on wheels.
- a digital display unit allowing an easy piloting of the machine as well as the regulation of the parameters, with memorisation of the label positioning and self error diagnose
- 2 labelling systems built in parallel each of ones including:
a selection system to pace the containers before labelling
a system to put the container in rotation and to apply the label.
a clutched support plate for heavy label reels
a motorized height regulation system driven through the digital display (maxi label height 155 mm)
- A rotary recollection table diameter 700 mm at the exit of the conveyor
Production rate : up to 5 000 products/hour according to label positioning and products
