The type of conveyor is chosen according to the type of product to be labelled.
GENERAL FEATURES:
- a motorized slate band conveyor receiving an acetal slate band, width 82,5 mm and built on a stainless steel frame. It can be mobile with wheels or built on feet adjustable in height . This conveyor may be doubled if required by the dimensions of the product to be labelled
- A pneumatic selection system is installed at the inlet of the conveyor, outfitted with one or two cylinders according to product size.
- According to required outfit, the machine can come with a rotating recollection table Ø 700 mm or a transfer system if it must be integrated in a line
- A system to realign the products before labelling and a stabilization belt to maintain the products from above.
- A label dispenser adjustable up and side built on one side of the conveyor - max. label height in standard : 160 mm
- A second label dispenser adjustable up and side built on the other side of the conveyor if required.
- Output speed of the label : up to 25m/min.
- Detection of the product according to the application.
- Control of the machine through touch screen display
