Description
The SCRATCH HARDNESS TESTER 413 performs scratch resistance tests by mounting the specimen on a rotating table while a test tool applies a defined load via an adjustable load arm. The instrument supports fine load control and visual evaluation of the resulting scratch track, enabling repeatable assessments on coatings, laminates and panel materials.
Reference Class
The instrument is supplied with a Manufacturer’s Certificate M (factory calibration) listing actual and set values for rotational speed and test load, product identification, test equipment with calibration status, date and inspector. For both load ranges (0.01–1 N and 0.1–10 N) the applied load is checked against the set value in 10 graduations.
