Diverse Solutions for Large Angle Fabrication The A series in the FICEP product line have been created for small and medium size steel fabrication firms. These systems provide flexibility and amazing ease of use so they are extremely capable in addressing many diverse applications. Those fabricators that demand expanded automation, productivity, and diverse functionality with increased accuracy on longer finished parts find their needs addressed with the HP Series of angle lines. Main characteristics PUNCHING UNITS The angle lines of the A & HP series are equipped with two or three punching units per angle leg. Each press incorporates an easily removable self-contained tool holder for quick punch and die changes. MARKING UNIT Marking of pieces is possible with a fully programmable marking press or the traditional cartridge style system. NOTCHING UNIT The ability to generate notches as required can be integrated into the line. ROTATING LOADING SYSTEM A unique material loading system automatically lowers the next required stock length material onto the infeed conveyor. CROSS TRANSFER SYSTEM All our lines can be configured with infeed and outfeed cross transfer tables to allow automatic loading/unloading of stock lengths and finished parts.
