Semiautomatic band saw machine to cut from 0° to 60° right. Head structure in 3 parts: special aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron. Reduction gearbox with case-hardened, ground, helical gears lubricated with long-life grease. VHZ electronic speed variator 16÷120 m/min. Connection of the motor drive wheel to a flange assembly with paired tapered roller bearings. Head feed system with hydraulic cylinder and descent speed controlled by a flow control valve mounted at the front. Dynamometric blade tension device. Adjustable blade guide with carbide inserts and guide bearings. Idle cleaning brush with easy and practical adjustment. Material clamping vice with manual positioning and hydraulic locking cylinder Ergonomic working table and control panel. Head rotation with mechanical stops at 0°, 45° and 60°. Graduated scale for angle reading and sturdy locking lever. Loading side roller with sturdy two-position support. Heavy-duty welded steel base with panels of differentiated thickness. Millimetric measuring rod with sturdy length stop for cutting lengths 0÷600 mm. 30-litre coolant tank with electric pump for blade guide lubrication and cooling. Hydraulic unit integrated in the machine base for controlling the head and vice cylinders. Electrical cabinet with 24VDC auxiliary voltage, operator controls, and lockable main switch. Full protection against overvoltage and short circuits. Protection level IP 55. Push buttons control panel to carry out all machine movements and detect possible alarms.
