Abrasion resistant polyurethane hose Masterflex

Abrasion resistant PU suction and transport hoses with immovable cast spring steel spiral, DN 16 - DN 500.
Available in lightweight up to heavy qualities.

Hose wall from 0,7 mm up to 4,8 mm.
Temperature range: -40 °C up to +90 °C, intermittent up to +125 °C.

Applications:
suction and transport hoses for extremely abrasive materials, gaseous and liquid media, oil spray extraction, protection hose against mechanical pressure.

- good chemical resistance
- free of plastizisers and halogen
- generally good UV and ozone resistance
- very flexiblel, reduced weight
- small bend radius
- nearly smooth inside
- optimum flow characteristics
- electrically conductive to BGR 132 by grounding spiral
