MASTERFLEX produces and provides hoses and connection systems for various purposes. The abrasion-resistant suction and transport hoses are made of polyurethane and PVC/ EVA, making them almost inflammable. They are microbe and hydrolysis resistant, meet food and pharmaceutical standards, are anti-static and electro-conductive, crush resistant, and recoverable for ventilation, air-conditioning and welding fumes. These hoses' high temperature resistance is up to 250° C while the high-grade hoses can resist upto 1,100°C. The salient feature is the resistance to chemical reactions. Custom-designed clip hoses and electrically-heated hoses are also available. MASTERFLEX also provides PU-lined pipes and pipe-bends, installation and connections. The hoses and connection systems provide PU protection and suction with plastic-coated wire helix and all pipes have a material wall made from pure polyurethane. They are spring steel wire with a plastic-coated wall thickness of 0.3-1.2mm. All products are produced depending on DN applications and made to resist mechanical wear; the cable protection hose has protective and suction properties for solids, liquids and gases.
