High performance measuring instrument for electrical safety testing of portable appliances, IT equipment and IEC cords in accordance with corresponding IEC/EN and VDE standards.

Measuring Functions

Complete selection of test functions and lightweight design make AlphaPAT as excellent tool for periodic testing of portable appliances either as field tester or as a bench instrument.

Test functions comprise:

DC insulation resistance measurement,
PE voltage drop / earth bond continuity test,
leakage current measurement,
current measurement with current clamps and functional test.

Other features

120 pre-programmed Autotest sequences that give information on allowed standard-set limits for all test parameters can essentially improve working efficiency.
Possibility to create and store Custom Autotests sequences.
Alphanumeric keyboard for specific data entries (appliance description, location, etc.)
Appliance identification and access to the test sequence via Barcode reader or RFID tags.
