The VPort 451 integrates dual codec engines to generate three MPEG4/MJPEG video streams simultaneously, and enjoys an extremely low latency of under 200 ms to ensure real-time video performance over IP networks. The PTZ control allows users to direct the cameras to track video directly. The two built-in 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports can be used to support multiple device cascading or deploy a backup path when the primary path is disconnected.

Hardened Design for Mission-critical Applications
Both the VPort 451 and VPort 461 come with an SD card socket (SDHC, V2.0) to provide up to 32 GB of storage for local video recording. The video encoders come with a wide range of rugged industrial features, including a wide -40 to 75°C operating temperature, IP30 form factor to protect against dust and rain, industrial certifications (UL508, C1D2, ATEX), and regular EMI/EMS standards.
