Bell type annealing furnace

Bell furnaces are dedicated for customers wishing to increase the value of it’s steel, aluminum, bronze or brass products in the form of metal strip coils or rolls of wire by improving their mechanical properties and surface cleanliness. Furnace control is completely automatic and safe through the use of fail-safe PLCs
The main available solutions for the Bell furnaces offered by SECO/WARWICK ThermAL S.A are as follows:
Gas fired or electrical heating systems.
Furnaces for 100% hydrogen or NHX mixture atmospheres.
Cooling hoods with air or air + water cooling systems.
Seco/Warwick annealing technology allows for combining flexibility, outstanding results and cost reduction. Thanks to the use of pure hydrogen atmosphere and high convection an optimal temperature uniformity is achieved which provides higher quality crystalline structure, reduced decarburization and homogenous physical properties of annealed material.
We offer the furnaces with maximum load diameter of 3600 and maximum load of 120 tons. Quantity of required equipment is calculated for the needs of individual customer with the possibility of easy expansion in the future.
