Available in popular sizes to suit a variety of sump depths, Warman® SP/SPR vertical centrifugal sump pumps are frequently used in mineral, coal, chemical, sugar beet, fly ash and aggregate applications.
The Warman® SPR pump is our rubber-lined variant of these vertical sump pumps.
The pump lining and wetted components of the Warman® SPR pump are available in a range of natural and synthetic rubbers, ensuring long wear life and low total cost of ownership.
Vertical sump pumps with rubber parts are best suited to handle ores with soft, rounded slurry particles such gold or uranium and will regularly outlast metal parts by several times.
Warman® SP All-metal Vertical Sump Pump
The Warman® SP pump is our all-metal variant of these vertical sump pumps.
The wetted components of the Warman® SP pump are available in high-performing alloys and elastomers for maximum resistance to wear by jagged particles - such as those in iron, high chrome or coal slurries.
Vertical sump pumps with alloy parts are best suited to handle slurries with large and/or sharp particles which may tear elastomers.
Features and Benefits
High-efficiency Recessed Impeller Option for Precious Ores
Mostly used in gold processing, the optional recessed impeller with 5 or 8 vanes induces flow to avoid damaging the ore pieces or breaking them into finer pieces.
Reduced Risk of Blockages
Warman® SP/SPR vertical sump pumps contain screened inlets and large impeller passages which reduce the risk of blockages.
