The ACI tubular sight glass Type 622 provides a full 360° view of the process medium through a borosilicate glass cylinder mounted between two flanges. Designed for visual monitoring in piping and equipment, it is supplied with internal (female) thread according to DIN EN ISO 228-1 and is suitable for liquid and gaseous media.

• Nearly dead-space-free design for hygienically demanding processes.
• Optional impact protection (PETg cover or perforated sheet metal) for high mechanical risk areas.
• Designed for maximum working pressure up to 16 barg and temperature resistance up to 300 °C depending on configuration.

• Nominal pressure (PN): 16 (max. working pressure up to 16 barg).
• Temperature ratings: 80 °C, 130 °C, 150 °C, 175 °C, 180 °C, 200 °C, 280 °C, 300 °C (depending on configuration).
• Customization: custom lengths; impact protection in PETg or perforated sheet metal; other flange standards and materials on request.
