The TAM4 is the new motorized torque tester, with flexibility, stability and high accuracy, is an indispensable test instrument in the manufacturing process. It incorporates all the technical characteristics of the lower NCA model. (See technical documentation). This motorized torque controller makes it possible to generate or control a tightening or loosening torque with great precision, eliminating the human effect, and therefore ensuring good repeatability of measurements. Control and visualization of the 4 parameters: • Rotation • Speed • Angle • Acceleration The 7-inch backlit screen allows the display of all these parameters without forgetting connectivity through full traceability to a computer with a software. • RS232 and USB interface (Printer, PC or Network) • Programming of batch numbers • Barcode reader (hand shower) for product identification • User identification module by badge The base and head are fitted with standard ACRN clamps, as well as the sensors. Possibility of having other capacities up to 25 N.m on request.
