A complete range of process water cartridges and air filtration elements engineered for European industrial facilities. Water Filtration Range — Process Water Filter Cartridges

• PP Melt-Blown Depth Filter Cartridges: Cost-effective polypropylene depth filtration for pre-treatment and general industrial water. OD: 63mm and 110mm configurations; Lengths: 9.75", 10", 20", 30", 40", 50", 60"; Filtration: 1, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 μm; 100% polypropylene construction; Max operating temperature: 80°C; Max differential pressure: 2.0 Bar at 21°C.
• String Wound Filter Cartridges: Textile fiber yarn wrapped on porous skeletons for progressive density depth filtration. OD: 62mm, ID: 28-30mm; Media: PP, absorbent cotton, glass fiber; Filtration: 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, 100 μm; Chemical compatibility with acids and alkalis; Stainless steel center rod option; Max operating temperature: 60°C (PP).
• Microporous Pleated Membrane Cartridges: Precision membrane cartridges for pharmaceutical, food & beverage and electronics. Media: PP, PES, PTFE, Nylon 6, PVDF; OD: 69mm, lengths 10" to 40"; Filtration: 0.1, 0.22, 0.45, 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 50 μm; Materials meet FDA requirements; Thread, 222-fin, 226-fin interfaces; Max differential: 2.8 Bar at 65°C.
• Power Plant Condensate Filter Elements: Continuous high-performance fiber elements designed for condensate treatment in thermal and nuclear power plants. Flushable and reusable; entwined fiber construction prevents deformation and shedding; reduces pre-wash cycle time; purpose-built for power generation condensate.
• L & K Series High Flow Cartridges: Large-diameter (6" / 152mm) high flow cartridges for RO pre-filtration and desalination. L Series: inner/outer skeleton, 20"-60" lengths. K Series: single/double O-ring, flows up to 70 m³/h. Filtration: 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 40, 70, 100 μm. Media options: PP and glass fiber. Seals: silicone, EPDM, Viton, nitrile. β ≥ 1000 filtration efficiency.
• M & R Series High Flow Cartridges: Ultra-high capacity cartridges for municipal and large-scale industrial applications. M Series: 6.5" / 165mm OD, up to 113 m³/h (500 GPM), radial and vertical pleating options. R Series: 6.75" / 171mm OD, β > 1000. Lengths: 20", 40", 60". Polypropylene and glass fiber media; reduces housing size requirements.

Air Filtration Range — Air & Dust Filtration Cartridges

• Cellulose Dust Collector Cartridges: For metalworking, shot blasting, mining and general manufacturing. Models: LF/Z3266, LF/Z3275, LF/Z3566, LF/Z3288, LF/Z3290. OD: 324-352mm, ID: 213-241mm. 100% cellulose or cellulose/polyester blend. Flame retardant treatment available. Olive-shape pleats maintain uniform spacing. Max operating temperature: 65°C.
• Polyester Dust Collector Cartridges: High-efficiency spun bond polyester media for fine dust (metalworking, welding fume, powder coating). Models: LF/P3266, LF/P3566, LF/P3275, LF/P3288, LF/P3290. Optional PTFE membrane coating. Antistatic and oil/water repellent treatments. Filtration efficiency > 99.99%. Max operating temperature: 120°C.
• Gas Turbine Air Intake Cartridges: Reliable cartridges for gas turbines and compressors, including Donaldson replacement types. Cylindrical and conical shapes, standard and twist-lock interfaces. Media: polyester/cellulose and nanofiber blends. Filter areas: 16.4 to 34.3 m². TenKay type configurations available.
• Pleated Bag Filters: High-performance pleated bag filters for heavy-duty dust collection (cement, foundry, power). Options: spun bond polyester (LF-P1/P2 to 135°C), antistatic polyester (LF-D1/D2 to 135°C), polyester + PTFE (LF-F1/F2 to 135°C), high-temp nanofiber (LF-N1/N2 to 190°C). Filter areas: 2.3 to 4.6 m². Water/oil repellent and PTFE membrane options.
