Our digital mass flow controller, the Model F4Q, is designed specifically for gas cutting machines. Two important features: 1. SP ramp function: This feature allows a controlled and gradual increase in flow rate, preventing the sudden supply of O2 from extinguishing the ignition. 2. MEMS technology: Experience fast response times that keep your gas flow constant regardless of fluctuations in the pressure source. It features a large LED display for at-a-glance control status and an LCD display for detailed status information. It offers greater accuracy across a wide range of flow rates. Its new functions solve problems with flow rate control. • Understand the control status at a glance. The colour and state (e.g. flashing) of the LED indicator show the control status. The information-rich LCD provides a detailed overview of the control status. • It has an accuracy of 1% S.P. across a wide range of flow rates. High-accuracy control is possible for both high and low flow rates. This is great for applications where the flow rate set point changes significantly. • High-speed response of 0.3 seconds over a wide range of flow rates. The response is fast when starting control with a fully closed valve or changing the settings. Even when the flow rates of multiple gases change simultaneously, their ratio can be retained. • The low-differential-pressure structure enables control of low-pressure gas. Pressure loss on a straight flow path is minimal, enabling control of low-pressure gases (e.g. fuel gas). • It can be used within a wide temperature range of -10 to +60°C. The controller can be used in cold rooms in winter or near hot industrial furnaces. Even when the temperature changes greatly, its effect on the measured values is minimal.
