The DS 400 screen recorder with VA 500 consumption sensor is a data logging and display solution combining a 3.5" graphic touchscreen recorder and a thermal mass flow consumption probe. Designed for measurement and recording of compressed air and various technical gases, the system enables consumption monitoring, leak analysis and energy-cost optimisation for fixed and mobile measurement tasks.

Optional web server for DS 400/DS 500 provides access to current and historical measurement values via a standard web browser on smartphone, tablet or PC without additional software. For operation the DS device must be configured with its own IP address in the company network.

VA 500 consumption sensor
The VA 500 is a thermal mass flow sensor for measurement of compressed air and various technical gases. It records mass/volume flow and is suitable for consumption monitoring, leak detection and energy management. Key features: thermal mass-flow measurement principle, optional integrated display, configurable 4...20 mA output, RS-485 Modbus-RTU interface (standard), pulse/count output, adjustable internal diameter, resettable totaliser. Suitable for fixed installations and mobile measurements.
