Oil-free, water-injected screw compressor KOMPBERG® ZWF 85 designed for industrial compressed air applications. Variable-speed drive and integrated water treatment ensure consistent lubrication and cooling for reliable operation.

Water treatment system
A mixed-bed ion exchanger and water filter are integrated into the compressor circuit to maintain high-quality circulation water. Free ions are removed to prevent calcium deposits. Continuous water quality monitoring is standard for the ZWF series.

Energy savings
Equipped with variable speed control and an intelligent control/monitoring system to optimize energy consumption according to actual air demand.

Variable speed control
The variable-speed drive adapts compressor output to fluctuating air demand, providing cost-efficient and steady compressed air flow. The frequency converter is installed inside the control cabinet.
