Product information A compressed air cyclone separator, PUREBERG® F01WW, also known as a water separator or condensate separator, removes bulk moisture and water droplets from compressed air to maintain dry, clean supply for downstream equipment. It is rated for flow rates up to 72 m3/h at 7 bar and is suitable for integration in industrial compressed air systems. The unit relies on centrifugal separation: moist air enters, liquid droplets are thrown to the housing wall and collected as condensate in the lower chamber.

Function Moist air is introduced into the separator and guided by shaped vanes to a rapid circular motion. Centrifugal forces drive water droplets and coarse particles to the housing wall where they decelerate and drain into the collection chamber. A calming zone and a riser pipe prevent separated condensate from being re-entrained into the cleaned outlet airflow. The internal flow rectifier channels cleaned compressed air toward the outlet while keeping pressure losses low.
