This 47-piece bit set includes two preset torque adapters (0.1 Nm and 0.2 Nm) for precision screwdriving, especially suited to electronics and mobile-phone repair. The adapters convert a 4 mm C4 bit and holder into a small torque tool with an audible click when the preset torque is reached.

Area of application
Turns a 4 mm C4 bit and holder into a precision torque tool. Adapters are primarily intended for manual use; when used with power tools, limit speed to 100 rpm to avoid frequent clicks. The audible click indicates the preset torque has been reached and prevents overtightening. When loosening screws, there is no torque unlocking due to the blocked core shaft (resulting in approx. 30% higher torque when loosening).

Technical description
Adapters are tested according to DIN EN ISO 6789 (hand-operated torque screwdriving tools) and guarantee ±10% tolerance for at least 20,000 clicks. The mechanism locks the ratchet in the bushing sleeve and comprises a hollow core shaft and a damping cylinder; when applied torque exceeds the preset value, the core shaft becomes inactive so no further increase in tension is transmitted to the screw.
