Boratas VSI900 is a vertical shaft impact crusher designed for final-stage crushing, shaping, and sand production in aggregate and mining applications. It is typically used in tertiary or quaternary stages where precise particle shaping and consistent grading are required.

The sand making machine operates with a closed rotor system and can be configured for rock-on-rock or rock-on-steel crushing, depending on material characteristics and production targets. It is suitable for processing pre-crushed material up to 38 mm, producing high-quality cubical aggregates as well as manufactured sand (M-Sand) used in concrete and asphalt plants.

Adjustable rotor speed allows control over product size, shape, and throughput, providing flexibility for different plant configurations. The crushing principle ensures uniform output while maintaining efficient energy use and balanced wear conditions.
