Description

Boratas VSI1200 is a high-capacity vertical shaft impact crusher with an open rotor design, developed for heavy-duty crushing, shaping, and making of manufactured sand. Used in aggregate production plants, mining, and industrial applications. It is intended for operations where maximum throughput and consistent product quality are required.

This sand making machine features a 1200 mm rotor and can be fed with large material up to 100 mm. It is typically used in tertiary or quaternary stages, following jaw or cone crushers, to produce well-shaped aggregates and fine materials for concrete and asphalt.

The crusher can operate in both rock-on-rock and rock-on-anvil configurations, allowing adaptation to different material types and product requirements. Adjustable rotor speed and internal settings provide control over particle size, shape, and overall production output.

Compared to smaller models, the VSI1200 offers increased material flow and higher capacity range, making it suitable for large-scale crushing and screening plants and demanding operation conditions.

The design focuses on durability and serviceability, with reinforced construction, wear-resistant internal components, and wide access points for maintenance. This layout supports reliable long machine life and minimizes downtime.
