How it works
The medium to be filled only comes into contact with the disposable delivery tube. The one-piece HDPE delivery tube can be shortened to the height of the container using the supplied cutter, enabling good residual emptying. The outlet of the delivery tube can also be shortened if required. Filling works with airtight containers (drums, canisters, barrels or similar) with an opening Ø between 30 and 70 mm. The PVC universal plug avoids the need to determine the container thread. Containers up to a height of 90 cm can be emptied completely.

Typical applications
The OTAL® disposable hand pump is suitable for filling thin-bodied to low-viscosity liquids up to approx. 500 mPas, for example acids, alkalis, cleaning agents and liquids in the food sector. The pump is ideal for airtight containers up to approx. 60 litres and for situations where cleanliness is essential or cleaning is difficult or impossible.

Directions for use

• Push the delivery tube into the universal plug and attach the pump ball.
• Cut the delivery tube at a slight angle to the height of the container using the cutter.
• Build up pressure with the pump ball and fill.
• To change the delivery tube, cut off the tube directly below the plug, dispose of the lower end and pull the upper end out of the universal plug.
• Insert a new tube and resume filling.

Additional information
