High-Pressure Diaphragm Pump, Hydraulic Pump, Diaphragm Pump, Gear Pump, Piston Pump, High Pressure Pump CML MPD pump is a multipurpose pump which is high pressure, high efficiency and energy saving. It combines 3 different types of pump structures and features to control temperature, extend pump life, and save the cost in the investment of water chiller. Feature It pumps wide range viscosity fluid (Max. 160 cst.). Low pulsation, prevent vibration of cutting tools. Low rpm working is available, Minimum rpm: 300rpm. Energy saving, especially when combine with brushless electric motor, it can be run at very low speed under low power consumption. Build-in circulating pump(U.S. Patent No.: 11542934), prevent overheat and service life time. Simple and compact design, can be run in dry condition without damage to the pump in case of accident or operator error. Application Coolant Through Spindle(CTS) application MPD pump can be used on polluted medium like water treatment, waste liquid treatment, liquid treatment system in chemical, electronic and food industries. Pump Structure Hydraulic pumping section: Oil hydraulic pumping section transfer the power from electric motor to hydraulic force. There are pistons deliver hydraulic oil to pushing diaphragm in water pumping section continuously. Circulating pump section: In this section, there is a build-in circulating pump, it will transfer hot oil out and cooling them through radiator and then return to pump housing. This design extends pump life by maintaining a low operating temperature. Water pumping section: This section delivers high-pressure coolant to the system.
