Built for every tyre type
Handles low-profile, UHP, run-flat and heavy tyre assemblies as well as large-diameter wheels up to 1200 mm (47"). TORUK provides consistent results across different tyre constructions and wheel finishes.

Combo Dynamic Tool — How it works
The Combo Dynamic Tool integrates a dismounting peg and a retractable mounting tool working in synchronization. During dismounting the peg progressively lifts the bead while the tool moves above the rim with TORUK step motion, minimizing tyre stress and enabling controlled removal. During mounting the retractable tool and integrated roller reduce friction and guide the bead for fast, precise assembly.

Electric central spindle and automatic centring — How it works
The motorized central spindle positions the wheel precisely on the clamping unit; moving the spindle aligns tool and rollers automatically for each phase (bead breaking, dismounting, mounting). This removes manual adjustments and ensures uniform alignment regardless of wheel size or type.

Dual roller system — How it works
A lower roller integrated into the frame and an upper roller position tangent to the wheel centre. In sync with the Combo Dynamic Tool, the rollers apply controlled pressure on the bead during mounting and dismounting, stabilizing the tyre and improving control, particularly on stiff or low-profile tyres.

Motoinverter system — How it works
