Reception, milk and serum processing: Our milk receiving systems are designed for facilities processing up to 100,000 liters of milk per day. When the milk is received, it is weighed manually or automatically. Then we proceed to milk and serum filtration, skimming and heat treatment. •Reception tank •Whey strainer •Skimmer equipment •Pasteurization Filters System for filtering the whey and recovering the fines. Static Whey Filter: Washable in CIP. Different filtration thresholds, from 120 to 60 microns. Suitable for your flow (10, 15, 20, … m3/H). Low maintenance and operating costs. Option: Recovery of fines in mold or bag. Rotary Whey Filter: Washable in CIP. Different filtration thresholds, from 60 to 5 microns. Suitable for your flow up to 10 m3/H. Control of the cost of maintenance and operation. Option: Recovery of fines in mold or in bag.
