Toggle design from decades of experience
Experienced mechanical engineers refined the toggle kinematics using software simulation and real-world validation. The result is reduced internal friction and shocks, uniform load distribution across tie-bars and maintained platen parallelism to minimise flash and wear. The system delivers smooth, vibration-free motion, improved power efficiency and extended component life.

Integration of toggle and hydraulics
Hydraulic circuit optimised via fluid-dynamics simulation and fine tuning to provide fast, precise and repeatable clamping and injection control suitable for high-throughput production.
