Overview
The Speed & Speed Pack II series uses Precision HydraulicsTM (Japanese-developed) together with advanced control and simulation software to minimise pressure loss and optimise the hydraulic circuit for high-speed injection moulding.

Precision injection
High-precision linear transducers are fitted on clamping, injection and ejector axes to enable low-pressure mould protection. Balanced dual hydraulic cylinders and linear guide rails reduce friction and provide stable, high-precision injection control.

Clamping
Available clamping range: SPEED series 128–468 t; SPEED-PACK series 260–470 t.

Speed Pack series highlights

• High precision: linear transducers for clamping; balanced dual cylinders and linear guides for low friction and repeatability.
• High-efficiency servo motors: reduce energy consumption (up to 80%) while supporting precise, low-noise operation.
• Oil-less graphite bushings: self-lubricating bushings that eliminate the need for lubricating oil — reduced contamination and maintenance.
• Optimised injection unit: standard injection units configured for high-speed operation with higher injection speed and pressure.

European specifications

• EUROMAP compatibility: platen hole and ejector patterns according to Euromap where applicable (patterns may vary with platen design).
• Standard European components: hydraulic valves (Bosch Rexroth or Vickers), hydraulic pump (Eckerle), linear transducers (Gefran or Novotechnik), electrical components (Siemens, Schneider, Telemecanique, PILZ).

Controls & controller

• B&R closed-loop controller for high-speed applications and production cell management.
• User-friendly 15.6" multi-touch HMI for clear process visualization.
• CAN-Bus I/O for fast response; isolated and expandable I/O for special options and automation.
• Data saving and reporting: unlimited mould data via thumb drive; advanced production, settings and alarm logs.
• Industry 4.0 ready: cloud service compatibility and OPC-UA interface available.
