Overview
The SPARK AE series is a family of all-electric injection molding machines designed for high-volume, fast-cycle production of precision parts while minimising energy consumption and delivering long-term process stability.

Product positioning
All-electric machines covering a wide application window from ultra-thin-walled, ultra-fast packaging components to thick-walled, high-pressure parts, suitable for optics, automotive and lighting production.

Four Core Innovations
  • KEBA/B&R Controller: integration of advanced KEBA or B&R control systems (available on request) for proven control precision and reliability.
  • Auto Stress Release System (ASRS): high-speed algorithms use digital pressure transducers (<1 ms scan) to monitor screw motion and adjust in real time to reduce internal stress and scrap.
  • Algorithmic Cross-Protection (AxP) with Floating Point Toggle: real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of clamp closing to protect moulds during high-speed cycles.
  • All Adapt (AA): suite of adaptive technologies extending the usable window from ultra-thin to thick-walled, high-pressure molding.
