Overview
The FOCUS SVP/2 Series is an energy-saving injection moulding machine family marketed as an energy-saving solution for industrial injection moulding. The series integrates a speed-controlled servomotor driving a fixed internal gear pump with real-time system pressure measurement to deliver reduced energy consumption, high precision, low noise and low inertia.

Inovance Servo Drive System
The Inovance servo drive is purpose-designed for injection moulding machines and provides high performance, accuracy, low noise and simplified maintenance. Machines equipped with this servo drive can achieve up to 80% energy savings.

Energy Saving
The SVP/2 system uses a speed-controlled servomotor to drive a fixed internal gear pump. A pressure sensor measures system pressure in real time and supplies only the required flow according to demand, eliminating unnecessary power consumption. The result is lower energy use, improved control precision, reduced noise and low dynamic inertia.

Clamping

• Clamping force: from 20 to 60 tons (models: 20, 35, 60)

• EUROMAP standard: hole pattern and ejector pattern according to Euromap.
• T-slot or other platen patterns available on request.
