Volumetric dispensing system ideal for high-viscosity single-component fluids in Semco or 310 cc cartridges, such as: Silicone sealants and Ms, Epoxy adhesives, Greases, also damping, Thermally conductive pastes. Volumetric dispensing of medium and high viscosity fluids, such as sealants and epoxy resins, contained in cartridges of various sizes. The cartridge, whose level is controlled by a sensor, is extruded to a PCP volumetric pump. The progressive cavity pump guarantees controlled dispensing that can be parameterized through the dedicated controller, without the dispensing accuracy ever being affected by variations in pressure, viscosity or temperature of the fluid. The adjustable suck back function then ensures maximum cleanliness at the tip of the nozzle. FEEDING • Cartridges with various capacities (310 cc, 2.5 oz, 6 oz, 12 oz, 20 oz) • Possibility to feed fluid also from syringes, tanks, or the original drum (optional) • Option to use a thermal blanket to reduce product viscosity (optional) DISPENSING • PCP volumetric pump, dispensing is not affected by variations in pressure, temperature, and fluid viscosity • Pump body in aluminum or Peek, rotor in chrome steel (Carbide or Ceramic optional), stator in FFKM • Pump with luer lock nozzle holder or female threaded fitting • Suck-back function to keep the nozzle clean and ensure the most precise dispensing • Motor/encoder cable with double shielding and PUR sheath for high mobility • Closed-loop pump motor control for maximum motion control PROCESS CONTROL • Controller with a large 7” color touch display • Dispensing management software with a dedicated multilingual graphical interface
