Volumetric dispensing system with adjustable flow rate and dispensed quantity, ideal for medium-high viscosity bi-component adhesives such as epoxy adhesives, MMA adhesives, and structural adhesives. The adhesive and catalyst are drawn from the original drums via press plate pumps. The GP gear pumps ensure high dispensing precision with a wide range of achievable flow rates. The DA2K valve allows for an immediate start/stop of the dispensing flow. The controller manages all process parameters and provides a series of extremely useful features.
