Volumetric dispensing system ideal for medium-low viscosity fluids such as: Anaerobic glues (PEEK PCP pump version), UV glues, Oils, Vinyl glues (also with optional spray head), Primers – Release agents (also with optional spray head). The ideal combination for volumetric dispensing of low and medium viscosity fluids. A tank, available in different sizes and with related accessories (agitators, heaters, level control, etc.) feeds the fluid towards the PCP pump, also available in various sizes. The PCP pump, with progressive cavity, guarantees controlled dispensing that can be parameterized through the dedicated controller, without the precision of the dispensing ever being affected by variations in pressure, viscosity or temperature of the fluid. The adjustable suck back function ensures maximum cleanliness at the tip of the nozzle. FEEDING • Tanks with various capacities (2, 5, 10, and 16 liters) with level control, heating, or mechanical agitation systems • Possibility to feeding fluid also from syringes or cartridges, pressurized or not (optional) • Option to use a thermal blanket and heated tube to reduce product viscosity (optional) DISPENSING • PCP volumetric pump, dispensing is not affected by variations in pressure, temperature, and fluid viscosity • Pump body in aluminum or Peek, rotor in chrome-plated steel (Carbide or Ceramic optional), stator in FFKM • Pump with luer lock nozzle holder or female threaded fitting • Suck-back function to keep the nozzle clean and allow more precise dispensing • Motor/encoder cable with double shielding and PUR sheath for high movement applications • Closed-loop pump motor control for maximum motion control
