Ideal dispensing system for highly abrasive fluids such as thermally conductive pastes and bi-component gap fillers. Fluid A and B are supplied from pre-filled cartridges. A solution for the volumetric dispensing of thermally conductive pastes and gap fillers, ideal for small quantity dispensing or medium-low productivity. Parts A and B are contained in cartridges, whose level is monitored, while the PDP volumetric pump manages fluid proportioning and mixing. Special materials such as tungsten carbide rotors and FEPM stators ensure long operational life even with highly abrasive fluids. The system is ready for integration with robots, cobots, and cartesian systems, with complete control of dispensing process parameters via the dedicated controller.
