Volumetric dispensing system ideal for commercial bi-cartridge products pre-filled with: structural adhesives, 2K resins, epoxy adhesives, thermally conductive pastes and gap fillers. Volumetric dispensing, controlled and repeatable, even with the use of pre-filled bi-cartridges. This dispensing system allows you to dispense with maximum precision 2K resins, contained in 50,200 and 400 ml cartridges and with ratios 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 or 10:1. An actuator, controlled in a closed loop by the dedicated controller, extrudes the cartridges, managing the instantaneous flow rate, the discharge of residual pressure, and the level of the cartridges. No part of the dispensing system is in contact with the fluids, which avoids contamination and cleaning operations.
