Installation and operating requirements- Provide forced‑air cooling to the driver PCB heatsink
- Connect transducer to the driver PCB before power‑up
- Keep active surface submerged during operation; do not run dry
- Use a float or low‑liquid switch for automatic shutoff
- Avoid electrode‑type level control to prevent electrolysis damage to coatings
- Ensure no voltage difference between transducer surface and liquid
- Connect a 5.1 kΩ variable resistor to the PCB VR port for power adjustment (short = full power; open = zero)
- Periodically remove mineral deposits (Ca, Na, Mg, Si) from the transducer surface
Performance notesActual fog output and service life depend on input power, operating frequency, liquid properties and temperature, water level and system design. Reference service life is defined as operating time until fog output declines to 60% of initial level during continuous operation.
