AISI 316L construction materials The DTX centrifugal electric pumps are horizontal monobloc electric pumps, derived from the "TX" series, with double mechanical seal in a flushing pre-chamber with mains water that is used to cool and keep the mechanical seals clean, preventing the formation of crystals and impurities. Applications involving highly corrosive process liquids where leakage is not at all permitted necessitate a double seal system with mains water flushing that guarantees cooling and cleaning of the seal on the side of the process fluid and its duration over time. Their particular construction with open impeller allows pumping highly acidic or alkaline fluids, including very dirty liquids with apparent viscosity up to 500 cps, and with small suspended solid particles.
