Description

Overview
The Dokamatic table is a modular formwork table for rapid forming of large slab areas. The system is optimised for short forming cycles and flexible adaptation to varying geometries and structural requirements. Horizontal repositioning can be performed by one operator with DoKart plus and vertical movement by the Table Lifting System (TLS), reducing crane and labour time.

Key benefits
  • Significant labour and time savings — complete table units can be repositioned without a crane, cutting assembly time and personnel costs.
  • Fast adaptation to layout, height and slab thickness — insertion beams integrate infill zones; swivelling heads adapt to different slab thicknesses; supports: props, table frames or load-bearing towers.
  • High safety at slab edges — integrable table platforms and fold-down railings allow safe working at edges and movement under cast slabs.
  • Efficient logistics — compact, stackable table units reduce transport volume.

System details
  • Available in four rentable standard formats (grid logic): 4.00 m x 2.00 m; 4.00 m x 2.50 m; 5.00 m x 2.00 m; 5.00 m x 2.50 m.
  • Pre-assembled table grille ready for facing with chosen form-ply.
  • Insertion beams for integrating infill zones can be pushed in/out as required; infill zones and tables can be repositioned together.

Dokamatic swivel-head 40
  • Rigid restraint of floor prop increases load-bearing capacity by approx. 10 kN.
  • Prop can be swivelled and locked in one working and two idle positions for safe fast working and for passing parapets.
  • Swivel-head can be relocated along the primary steel beam for optimal structural adaptation.
  • High capacity: supports slab thicknesses up to 84 cm while maintaining low dead weight (~55 kg/m²).

Adaptation & operation
  • Quick-acting prop connector enables fast fixing, changing or removal of props with simple steps and light hammer blows.
  • Tilting mechanism of the swivel-head is easy to operate; props can be locked at angles (e.g. 75° or 90°) to lift tables over parapets and railings.
  • Height range: application up to approx. 7.00 m slab height; range extendable by +1.50 m with Dokamatic table frame; for greater heights combine with load-bearing towers (e.g. Staxo 40 / Staxo 100).

Safety around floor-slab edges
  • Table platform fixed directly onto the Dokamatic table for high workplace safety.
  • Fold-down railings allow movement under already-cast slabs and shifting together with the platform.
  • Safe platform widths up to 1.50 m.

Integral adaptation at slab-edges
  • Fast forming of downstand beams with Dokamatic floor beam plate, enabling shifting downstand-beam formwork and Dokamatic table in one piece.
  • Floor beam plate allows forming downstand beams up to 60 cm in height (in a 5 cm grid).

Suitable components and finish
  • Use of Doka formwork sheets, H20 top beams and Eurex top props for durable performance and reduced close-out costs.
  • Flexurally rigid link with tableform superstructure increases Eurex top prop capacities by approx. 10 kN (e.g. Eurex 20 top: 20 kN → 30 kN; Eurex 30 top: 30 kN → 40 kN).
