Overview
Dokaflex 30 tec is a hand-set slab formwork system designed to reduce cost-per-use. Using the high-load I tec 20 as the primary beam permits wider prop spacing, requiring less equipment for the same slab area and shortening setup time and logistics.

System components
  • Composite formwork beam I tec 20: high-load primary beam compatible with H20 dimensions; end reinforcements and plastic coating reduce lifecycle costs.
  • Beam H20 top: flange markings for fast alignment, built-in shock absorber increases service life and sealed web for moisture/UV protection.
  • Formwork sheet 3-SO / ProFrame: high-quality face-ply and edge protection ensure good concrete finish, low deformation and many reuses; ProFrame available for rent.
  • Floor prop Eurex top: impact protector, easy-adjusting nut, lightweight, operational safety with constant load capacity of at least 20/30 kN (EN 1065 – Class D/E).


Application and assembly
Speeds up workflows thanks to wider prop spacing and fewer components. Adapts to slab thicknesses up to 50 cm and to any layout. Clear visual differentiation between I tec 20 and H20 reduces errors. Combines with Staxo 40 towers for larger slab thicknesses. The Wheel-around scaffold DF can assist with formwork setup.
