• Switch programmable multifunction input and outputs • Easily extended on site modular system • Master E stop control function • Multiple start inputs The SAFEMASTER M control module functions like a small safety PLC by controlling and interconnecting various inputs to create user defined redundant safety outputs. By adding individual extender modules to a single system, the number of inputs and outputs can be expanded to 26 inputs and four multi contact outputs. Each extender module can be simply programmed on site via selection switches just inside the front cover of the modules. Each eight input extender input module can monitor up to six different combinations of safety function and the system can be configured to integrate with Profibus and CANopen systems to display extensive system status and fault indication. Primary module function is indicated by coded flashing LEDs with additional semiconductor output.
