Features of the Zigzag Servo Feeder: 1.Two-Dimensional Movement: The zigzag servo feeder uses a two-axis alternate feeding mechanism, which allows for movement of materials in two dimensions. This enables effective and rapid cutting of wafers, resulting in improved material utilization. 2.Precise Cutting: The feeder can be shifted multiple times based on the diameter of the wafers being cut, ensuring circular cuts and maximizing material utilization. The arrangement angle can also be automatically calculated for different sized wafers for maximum material saving. 3.Advanced Electronic Control System: The feeder is equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC control system and two Yaskawa servo motors, ensuring precise control of the feeding rollers and left-right movement. The minimum distance between sides can be set within 0.5mm and feeding error can be controlled within ±0.08mm, meeting demanding processing requirements.
