With our specially developed dosing devices, greasing and application systems for surface, contour, and spot application, you have various options to make your processes more efficient and cleaner. - Depending on your requirements, we develop systems tailored specifically for you for the precise, repeatable application of various viscous media to a wide variety of components, such as O-rings, radial shaft seals, bearing points, ball and plain bearings, gear shafts, charge air pipes, wheel hubs, needle bearings, and much more. - Greasing device for O-ring groove: This device allows manual greasing or oiling of components, in this case an O-ring groove, but also many other seals. It is particularly suitable for semi-automated assembly stations and fully automated assembly cells, e.g., in the automotive industry. - Dosing device for O-ring outer: With this device, a handling system (e.g., gantry or robot) inserts the workpiece (in this case a powerpack with O-ring) and then greases it. It is especially suitable for fully automated assembly lines. Thanks to the simple interface, the device can be controlled directly by the station control. The preset dosing quantity is applied cleanly and with repeat accuracy to the component, creating a closed bead. This facilitates the joining of the powerpack and protects the O-ring from drying out over time. - Greasing station for needle bearings: This device allows manual greasing or oiling of components, in this case a needle bearing, but generally any type of inner diameter. Thanks to the integrated pneumatic control, the dosing process is triggered automatically, but no small controller or PLC is required, and only one energy source is needed (compressed air only, no electricity). This very simple interface makes this device ideal for manual workstations or workshops. - Greasing station for threaded bolts: This autonomous dosing station greases threads. Thanks to the floating mounting, the dosing jaws follow the thread during rotation. The volumetric dosing ensures that the dosing quantity is always absolutely repeatable.
