For use on gear box housing and bearings. Allows lubricant to be
discharged externally to avoid excessive pressure.
It 'necessary to apply these valves when the elements to be lubricated are enclosed in tight enclosures or protected by a ring gasket. When the pressure calibration of valve is gone over, the lubricant is discharged outside.
