Description

Mitrogen steam generators are high-performance products developed with the latest technology. Their most important features are that their steam production time is very short and they produce steam economically. Since it is controlled with a PLC control system, it is extremely suitable for full automation system control. Steam temperature, flue gas temperature and all functions can be constantly monitored from the advanced automation table. Thanks to the special separator in Mitrogen steam generators, it is possible to obtain purified steam. Feed water pump and water softening devices designed for steam generators are also supplied with the generator. Designed to operate smoothly despite all possible adverse conditions, these steam generators are equipped with extraordinary safety measures. They are shipped with all their fixtures (including the burner). It is put into operation by our expert engineers and technical service. Since the water volume is extremely small, it is possible to use it in places where people work. Optional Mitrogen Deaerator Application Oxygen and carbon dioxide gases dissolved in the feed water in steam systems cause corrosion in the form of pores and melts on the metal surfaces in the steam systems. These gases dissolved in mitrogen deaerators are automatically thrown out and thus the system is protected. Deaerator feed water is heated to 102 °C. By keeping the feed water at 102 °C, removing oxygen and carbon dioxide and preventing temperature fluctuations in the steam generator, 3% to 5% fuel savings are achieved.
