Description

The PT501 series is a single housing mid-infrared tunable picosecond laser system that integrates a picosecond optical parametric oscillator (OPO) and a pump laser in a compact, robust frame. This integration shortens installation time, improves long-term stability, and reduces maintenance costs. Fast and fully automatic wavelength tuning is achieved via advanced microprocessor control, with tuning elements mounted on precise closed-loop micro-stepping motors and nonlinear crystal temperatures managed by precise thermo-controllers. No manual adjustment is required. The system can be controlled by a keypad or any controller running on any OS using REST API commands, with interfaces including USB, RS232, LAN, and optionally WLAN for easy integration.
